Which is the first step I have to take to hire your services?

Send us an e-mail with the following information: Nature of assignment // Detailed description of the project // Volume & Scope of work // Desired turn around time // Reference samples, if any // Scanned files (in case of CAD assignment) // Desired output format (in case of CAD) // A contact e-mail and phone number // Any other instructions you may consider necessary // Large files may be uploaded to our FTP server (we provide our clients with a FTP account for such purposes).

What is the meaning of expected turn-around time?

Turn-around time depends on the type, complexity and volume of the work involved in each assignment. This being said, we guarantee that the time frame agreed upon for completion is adhered to without fail. Depending on your specific requirements, we may arrange for additional resources to substantially reduce the turn-around time.

How do you fix the prices of your services?

The price depends on the nature of each assignment. We charge by hourly rate or by project flat fee.

Which are the methods of payment?

The methods of payment are PayPal and Wire transfer. For each case we submit the necessary account information. We are open to any other payment method suggested by our clients.

How do you deliver the completed assignment?

We usually use e-mail for daily communications and sending small files and we upload large documents or completed assignments to our FTP site. We assign a FTP account with username and password to each project.

How much will the house cost in my area?

The best method would be to purchase our Quick Quote which can be ordered online and will break down the costs to build a house in the zip code of your choice in a one-page report (see sample). Alternatively, you can purchase the materials list (if available) and have your local building supply store or a builder provide prices. Regional price per square foot figures grossly distort regional variations in price and we do not display them for that reason.

Can I see this house built? Do you have photos?

For privacy reasons, we do not keep lists of where our homes are built and in most cases only know where the plans were shipped, not built. If we have photos, we try to publish them right away.

Will these home plans meet my local building codes?

Our house plans were designed to meet or exceed national building standards at the time they were drawn. Some states, counties and municipalities have their own codes, zoning requirements and building regulations. Before building, contact your local building authorities to make sure you comply with local ordinances and codes, including obtaining any necessary permits or inspections as building progresses. In some cases, minor modifications to your home plans by your builder, designer or engineer may be required to meet local conditions and requirements. The purchaser should ensure that the home plans comply with all applicable building codes and are suitable for a particular site, including any subdivision restrictions, before actual construction begins.
